    Pregnancy & Parenting Challenges

Steady support through the hardest parts of pregnancy and parenthood.

    Nurturing New Life

Pregnancy asks you to hold two opposites at once. The joy and the terror, the excitement and the grief for the life you once had, a love already taking shape and the honest question of whether you are ready.

Beneath the very real physical demands lies something quiet. The worry, the pressure to feel grateful every moment, and the tender truth that this is harder than you expected.

    Survival Mode

Since bringing your baby home, you have been running on empty in a way you did not know was possible. Sleep deprivation, feeding challenges, and a disconnection from your own body can leave you barely recognizing yourself.

The people you love are right there, and yet you may never have felt more alone. You adore this child completely, and you are completely overwhelmed. Both can be true. Neither one cancels the other out.

    For Every Parent

Parenting does not stop at the newborn phase, and neither does the need for support. Whether you are holding a baby who will not sleep, walking a toddler through big feelings, navigating school transitions, or watching a teenager pull away, each stage asks something new of you. The challenges change, but the underlying question often stays the same: how do I keep showing up for this child without losing myself?

Growth here is not a one-time event. It happens in the ordinary moments and the hard ones, as your child develops and you are called to develop right alongside them. That might mean learning to set limits with more warmth, tolerating the grief of letting go, or making peace with the fact that you cannot protect them from every pain. It is a lot to hold.

This space is for biological parents, adoptive parents, foster parents, stepparents, and anyone raising a child in whatever configuration your family takes. You do not have to have it figured out. You only have to be willing to look at what is hard and try something new.

    Trusting the Process

Asking for help is not failing as a parent. It is one of the clearest, most courageous things you can do, for yourself and for the child counting on you.

Our work together is a space that belongs entirely to you. No pretending required. You don't need to figure it all out before you reach out for help. You only need to show up, and I will meet you where you are.

“To be a parent is to decide forever to have your heart go walking around outside your body.”

    - Elizabeth Stone

Taking care of yourself is part of taking care of the people who count on you.
