Pregnancy asks you to hold two opposites at once. The joy and the terror, the excitement and the grief for the life you once had, a love already taking shape and the honest question of whether you are ready.

Beneath the very real physical demands lies something quiet. The worry, the pressure to feel grateful every moment, and the tender truth that this is harder than you expected.

## Survival Mode 

Since bringing your baby home, you have been running on empty in a way you did not know was possible. Sleep deprivation, feeding challenges, and a disconnection from your own body can leave you barely recognizing yourself.

The people you love are right there, and yet you may never have felt more alone. You adore this child completely, and you are completely overwhelmed. Both can be true. Neither one cancels the other out.

## For Every Parent 

And anyone who doesn't fit neatly into a category but knows what it means to be undone by love and exhaustion in equal measure.

The weight of becoming a parent belongs to no single body, gender, or kind of family. You are not alone in it - support is here when you are ready.
