# Online Therapy in Pasadena 

Pasadena holds a lot of long roots: families who have been here for decades, houses passed down, parents and adult children living within a few miles of each other.

I am licensed in California and see clients by video, so anyone physically located in Pasadena can work with me between school pickup and a call to the doctor's office.

## Caring in Both Directions at Once 

You are managing your mother's appointments and your teenager's college applications in the same week. You are the person who notices what needs doing, which means it becomes yours by default.

There is love in this and there is no room in it. The hours that used to be yours have been reallocated without anyone asking, and resentment shows up alongside devotion, which is uncomfortable to admit out loud.

Both can be true. We make space for the second one so it stops leaking out sideways.

## Grief That Arrives in Midlife 

In your forties and fifties, the losses start stacking. A parent declines. A friend gets a diagnosis. A marriage of twenty years turns out to be something you have to decide about.

Nobody gives you time off for any of it. You keep the household running and grieve in the car, then wonder why you feel hollow at your own dinner table.

We slow this down and let it be as large as it actually is.

## What I Focus On 

Grief and loss, narcissistic abuse and relationship trauma, separation and divorce, and pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting challenges.

If the parent you are caring for is also the parent who hurt you, we can talk about that directly. It is more common than most people are told.

Sessions are online and the consultation call is free.
