Online therapy

# Online Therapy in Long Beach 

Not everyone works nine to five. Nurses, port and logistics workers, first responders, hospitality staff, people on rotating rosters. Traditional therapy hours were not designed with any of you in mind.

I am licensed in California and see clients by video. If you are physically located in Long Beach, the session comes to whatever hour you actually have.

## A Body That Does Not Know What Time It Is 

Rotating shifts scramble sleep, and scrambled sleep makes everything else harder to hold. Irritability that is not really about your partner. A short fuse with your kids. A flatness on your days off that you cannot explain given that you are finally free.

People often assume this is a personal failing. It is usually a body being asked to do something bodies are bad at.

We work with the schedule you actually have rather than the one a self-care article assumes you have.

## Care That Bends Around the Roster 

The main reason people quit therapy is not that it stopped helping. It is that the appointment stopped fitting. When your schedule shifts every few weeks, one rigid weekly slot becomes a standing failure.

Online sessions remove the commute and make it far easier to hold onto the work through a roster change. Continuity is what produces change; the room it happens in matters much less.

## What I Work On 

Grief and loss, narcissistic abuse and relationship trauma, separation and divorce, and pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting challenges.

If your job puts you in front of other people's emergencies, we will talk about what that has deposited in you over the years, not just how to manage it better.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the first consultation is free.
