# Online Therapy in Fresno 

In much of the Central Valley, finding a therapist means a waitlist, a long drive, or both. People often give up somewhere in that process and decide they will manage.

I am licensed in California and see clients entirely by video, which means anyone physically located in Fresno can work with me without waiting for a local opening.

## Wanting Care From Outside Your Own Town 

In a smaller or tightly connected community, privacy is a real consideration, not a hypothetical one. Your therapist's waiting room may contain someone from your church, your workplace, or your extended family.

That alone stops people from going, particularly when the thing they need to talk about involves a marriage, a family member, or something they have not told anyone locally.

Working with someone outside your town removes that calculation entirely. What you say here stays in the hour.

## When Waiting Has Become the Default 

Long waitlists teach people that help is something you might get eventually. So the difficulty gets absorbed into ordinary life, and by the time an appointment is available you have half convinced yourself it is not that bad anymore.

It usually is that bad. Grief that got buried, a relationship that has been eroding for years, anxiety you now consider your personality.

You do not have to arrive in crisis to deserve the hour.

## The Work Itself 

I focus on grief and loss, recovery from narcissistic abuse and relationship trauma, separation and divorce, and pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting challenges.

My style is warm and plainspoken. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, which is practical and does not require you to relive everything to make progress.

All sessions are online, and the first consultation call is free.
